Ulpana Bnei Akiva Ariel is the first Religious Zionist girls’ high school established in the city of Ariel. For the past two years, the school has been operating in a temporary location while building a warm and ambitious educational community for its students.

The planned capital campaign will help create a permanent campus with the classrooms, Beit Midrash, dormitories, and educational spaces the Ulpana needs to grow. A permanent home will allow the school to welcome more students and establish a lasting center of Torah learning and educational excellence for girls in Ariel and the surrounding region.

Ulpana Bnei Akiva Shirat HaYam is a unique girls’ high school in the Binyamin region, serving approximately 220 students. Located in a historic British Mandate-era fortress, the Ulpana combines Torah and academic studies with outstanding programs in music, dance, and theater. It also operates dormitories, making the school a home for many students throughout the week.

The campus does not currently have an adequate protected space. During emergencies, students and staff must shelter in the fortress stairways, and periods of heightened security can force the school to send its residential students home.

The planned bomb shelter will provide a safe, protected space and allow the Ulpana to maintain greater educational continuity. During quieter times, it will serve as a dance studio where students can create, move, and express themselves. This project will transform an urgent security need into a space of safety, creativity, and growth.

Yeshivat Bnei Akiva Kinor David serves approximately 200 students through an educational model that brings together Torah, academic achievement, music, creativity, and technology.

The school’s specialized programs allow musically gifted students to develop their talents while remaining deeply rooted in Torah values. Its students also benefit from advanced studies in computer science and educational partnerships that encourage scientific curiosity and innovation.

A new capital campaign will support the creation of a permanent and expanded campus, including an inspiring Beit Midrash and spaces designed for music, learning, performance, and personal growth. The new facilities will allow Kinor David to provide an educational environment worthy of its exceptional students and programs.

For eight years, Ulpana Bnei Akiva Lachish has educated approximately 400 students in temporary caravan classrooms in Bnei Dekalim. Despite these limitations, the school has built a strong community centered on Torah, academic excellence, resilience, and love of Israel.

The next step is to create the permanent campus these students and educators deserve. The planned capital campaign will provide classrooms, educational facilities, and communal spaces that support the Ulpana’s continued growth and reflect the quality of the education already taking place within its temporary walls.

In the coming year, we will continue to expand Kollel Afikim and its mission of building achdus through Torah learning.

By bringing Haredi and Religious Zionist Torah scholars together, the program creates relationships based on shared learning, respect, and a commitment to the Jewish people. Its growth will enable more scholars to participate, strengthen the development of future Torah educators and leaders, and demonstrate that Torah can serve as a powerful bridge across communities. 

The Faculty Beit Midrash Initiative invests in the Torah learning, spiritual development, and professional growth of the educators who shape Israel’s future. During its first year, approximately 60 teachers across six to eight yeshivot will participate in organized Beit Midrash learning three days each week, studying Talmud, Halacha, Emunah, and Penimiyut HaTorah while mentoring approximately 300 students through personal example. Conferences, online learning, advanced shiurim, and gatherings with leading Torah scholars will connect participants across the network. The initiative will strengthen Torah scholarship, revitalize the Beit Midrash culture within participating schools, and help recruit and retain outstanding Religious Zionist educators. Each participant will receive an annual scholarship of approximately $10,000 for the ten-month program. The first-year cost of the entire program is projected at $670,000, with Yeshivot Bnei Akiva committed to funding half and seeking philanthropic partners to help launch and expand this transformative investment in teachers, students, and the future of Torah education.

Robotics programs across the network give students the opportunity to explore engineering, computer science, design, teamwork, and creative problem-solving.

Teams such as Firefly 9739 at Orot Bnei Akiva in Modi’in demonstrate how scientific and technological excellence can be connected to Jewish values, community service, and national purpose. Additional support will help schools acquire advanced equipment, improve robotics and technology spaces, train educators, and give more students access to competitions and hands-on learning.
